Manually activate premium and assign a membership tier
Payment Flow: After a user pays via Payhip, activate their premium here and select the matching tier (Starter, Plus, or Mentor Vault). Activating sets a 1-month expiry automatically. The Resources library is gated to Plus and Mentor Vault members only.
